    Τheo Parissos arrived in Australia in 1970 from Greece leaving his home on the island of Lemnos or a new beginning in the 'Lucky country" that he would adopt and call home. Theo Parissos SeafoodsComing from an Island and with a father that was a sailer, Τheo was destined to stay close to the ocean and started working for an uncle in the small fishing town of Port Kenry in South Australia.
    After many years of hard work , Theo decided it was time to put his knowledge and passion of seafood to good use and realise his dream of having his own brand and identity and seeing his products being sold all over Australia and around the world.

    That dream has now become Parissos Seafood's. Α family owned company that takes great pride in the quality of its products. Α company that has grown to include one of Adelaide's best and most competitive retail outlets. Α distribution network that includes the states of Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia and a new dream. The focus of exporting the fabulous seafood of South Australia to the world.

    Stavros Parissos (Managing Director of Parissos Seafoods) has followed in his fathers footsteps and will continue to build his fathers dream with a fresh approach, great enthusiasm and traditional values. The company vision and long term goals will ensure the success and future of the business with great emphasis on the company ethos.
